Our Pastors
Pastor Stephen Arowosegbe came to know Christ as a teenager in 1990 at The Deeper Life Bible Church. He was influenced by some ministers of the gospel; among them are Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Kenneth E. Hagan, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo, Bishop Peter Bruno, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, E.W. Kenyo, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, and Pastor Samuel Amoebi, just to mention a few. He received his divine call to ministry in 1994 to take the gospel to the nations of the earth. He continued to serve faithfully in various capacities at Deeper Life Bible Church until August 2008, when he started World Liberation Ministries.
Pastor Stephen Arowosegbe is an ordained servant of God. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Missions and Church Growth. He was the president of the Christian School/Campus Fellowship during his high school and college years. He has a special burden for youths and young adults and likes to mentor them to fulfill their God-given destiny.
He is the current president and lead pastor of World Liberation Ministries Worldwide. He supervises all the activities of the ministry in the United States with the assistance of international and national leaders around the world. By the grace of God, Pastor Stephen is a voice in the body of Christ, and he operates in the fivefold offices with a strong Apostolic mandate of liberation to the nations.
God has helped him touch the lives of thousands of people around the world with the gospel of salvation, healing, deliverance, miracles, and the restoration of destiny. He has ministered to unbelievers, believers, and ministers of the gospel in India, Tanzania, the Kingdom of Bhutan, Kenya, Uganda, Liberia, Zambia, Liberia, Nigeria, Nepal, and the United States.
Pastor Stephen loves to teach people about God’s word and the character of Jesus with proofs. Out of that love for imparting it into people’s lives, he started the School of Ministry and Missions, where Christian leaders are trained and equipped to impact lives for Christ.
He is passionate about church planting as a way of growing the kingdom of God. He started the World Liberation Worship Center, also known as Kingdom Exploit Ministries in some parts of the world, to equip believers with sound Biblical knowledge and character in Christ.
Pastor Arowosegbe organizes Healing Crusades, Let My People Go, the Awakening Leadership and Ministers Conference, and collaborates with various mission agencies to carry out missionary work around the world. He is a mentor, coach, and world changer with an unusual grace from the Lord. He is joyfully married to his best friend, Toyin Grace Arowosegbe, and they have three children: two sons and one daughter.

Toyin Grace Arowosegbe
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Toyin G. Arowosegbe is a genuine woman of God, a teacher, and visionary. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Masters as a Nurse Practitioner. She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Stephen Arowosegbe.
Mrs. Arowosegbe is currently the Pastor in charge of the Women’s and Children’s affairs at World Liberation Ministries. Her career as a registered nurse coupled with her passion for families enables her in leading these ministries.
She has always believed that it is important for a woman to set the atmosphere in their home – it is what you do with the house that makes it a home. Toyin’s biblically-grounded knowledge allows her to share with believers and non-believers alike, the importance of building and maintaining a godly home.
A loving wife, and mother. Mrs. Arowosegbe and her husband have three children and she is lovingly seen as “mama” by children in the church.
Timothy a. olumuyiwa
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Timothy Tunde Olumuyiwa surrendered his life to Jesus in June 1991. He joined World Liberation Ministries in 2008 and is the current Africa Coordinator and Director of Programs for the ministry, and he holds a diploma in Accounting.
Timothy and his wife are the resident pastors of the World Liberation Worship Center in Nigeria. They are actively involved in missions and other humanitarian assignments of the ministry.
Pastor Olumuyiwa is an author, teacher of the word of God, and pastor by calling. He is involved in the mobilization of local and international conferences and gospel crusades for the ministry.
Pastor Timothy is joyfully married to his lovely wife, Olusola Olumuyiwa, and blessed with two daughters and one son.
Emmanuel Simfukwe
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Pastor Emmanuel Simfukwe gave his life to the Lord Jesus in 1996. In 1999, he went to Bible school, where he graduated and went into full-time ministry. He served God faithfully at Victory Bible Church for 18 years. In 2015, he had the opportunity to meet and work with the president of World Liberation Ministries when he came to Kasama, Northern Zambia, for the gospel crusade and church leaders’ conference.
Pastor Emmanuel, in the year 2016, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit and with the blessing of his former ministry, joined World Liberation Ministries as a full-time minister. Two years later (2018), in Tunduma Hotel Tanzania, Pastor Stephen, after a crusade and ministers’ conference ordained and commissioned Pastor Emmanuel. The following year (2019), the work started in Mansa Luapula Province Zambia, and currently, six churches have been planted around Zambia to the glory of God.
Pastor Emmanuel is married to the love of his precious life, Sharon Mwewa Simfukwe, a father of three sons and four daughters based in Mansa Luapula province, Zambia, serving God together.
Francis Omenyo
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Francis Omenyo is the pastor of World Liberation Worship Center in Kisumu, Kenya.
Pastor Omenyo gave his life to Jesus Christ on August 20,1995. He was called and separated into the office of an Evangelist and later a Pastor in the year 2000. He served God faithfully in different capacities before joining World Liberation Ministries.
Francis came to know about World Liberation Ministries and Pastor Stephen at a leadership conference held in Kisumu, Kenya. A mutual friend, Bishop John Atieno (Kenya National Coordinator), invited him to interpret for Pastor Stephen during the program. After the conference, Pastor Francis became part of World Liberation Ministries team in Kenya.
Pastor Francis is a loving father and husband of Phoebe Omenyo of over 16 years. Together they
are serving God faithfully in Kisumu, Kenya.
