The membership class lays a biblical foundation for spiritual growth. The goal is that each candidate for membership may understand their position in Christ and become a functioning member of the body of Christ.

Water baptism is the physical proof that our inward man is changed. It signifies our identification with Jesus our Savior in his death, burial, and resurrection. This ordinance must be carried out after a new birth or born-again experience.
